-- Credit to fayoora for freedomBut i have a question, is it ok to close a book after reading couple of chapters? because when i buy a certain book i feel i'm obliged to read it from cover to cover and the book that i'm reading now won't seem to get any better =\. I haven't been captivated from the first chapter but i persuaded myself to continue reading it, i got to chapter 7 and nothing intrests me! Plz tell my it's ok to close it so that i don't feel guilty! It's called Never Say Never by Melissa Hill. I think it has to do with me because i don't seem to like books where the auther is the narrator. I prefer the characters to speak and express their emotions rather than the auther telling me what they do and what they feel!

You're welcome.
They might not be available in virgin, therefore i'll come up with new ones if i found them interesting.
Welcome abroad ;)
Ah you're a book lover! My cousin is also a book lover and he reviews books every Wednesday (well almost every Wednesday :P) You can find him here http://kinanooo.blogspot.com/
WOW
Read Freedom yet?
Oh Damn, u made me want to read it again heh!
Of course you can stop reading a book if you're not interested. I did that a couple of times, what's the point of torturing yourself with a boring book when there are lots of good ones out there.
Get 'The Kite Runner'
Ok here's the thing, i went to virgin yesterday and the whole 3 books were out of stock =\ damn you Virgin this is not the first time their books run out!! and therefore i couldn't get out empty handed, as i said before, i'm craving for reading! This is what i bought:
- By The River Piedra I Sat Down And Wept by Paulo Coelho.
- Angels And Demons by Dan Brown.
- Robinson Crusoe by Daniel Defoe.
- Fame Fatale by Wendy Holden.

Elijah
THANK YOU, i needed to hear that :p
And will do getting your recommendation.
BTW, i'll post the books review later on, my internet supscription expired and i'm using my work's internet service =\
Its ok to close a book before you finish it.
if you don’t like what’s inside
But if you have a test you have to do it from cover to cover.
You can always do a research on the net for the books you like to buy and read people comments on them
I think it’s the best way
I haven't thought about it lol!
Welcome aboard.
I hate Virgin here in Kuwait. It never has any thing that ever interested me. I found Amazon is the best way to shop for books in Kuwait due to:
a) Lack of decent bookstores
b) Extreme (irrational) censorship
SO, my point is go to Amazon.com
and, yes it's fine to never finish a book. HOWEVER, you might want to go back to it every once in a while. I think certain books have to be read in certain moods or at a certain age or something like that. So you might find it interesting later on.
AND Thanks for visiting my blog, I am glad you like it :D
you're reading my mind kinan i'm already in amazon ordering books ;p
And you're welcome.
i dont like the first book:P my opinion is its overrated! and Jane Austen isnt my type of author
Go to muthana! bil deera! min 9ijich books in virgin always run out:S...;) i love books too
Really?
Are you an english major?
And for Jane Austen to tell you the truth, i haven't read any of her novels but i read the synopsis however and they seemed worthy of reading.
Enzain ma adil el muthana though i know they have some pretty interesting stuff, rehab doesn't count ? ;p
