Probably some of you hared of it, but for those of you who didn't, well, you don't wanna miss it.
As its name suggests, this restaurant offers a variety of low-fat, low-carb and light food. And when i talk about variety i mean, from pastas to salads, wraps to sandwiches, and from pizzas to burgers. Everything, just name it and it's there.
The restaurants place is kinda creepy since it's in an isolated place behind Flex, it looks like subway by the way of how ingredients are sorted but don't worry, it's all clean and everything.
I've tried the Chicken Ceaser Wrap and it was hella delicious! It is indeed low-fat because it gives you that feeling of peace inside your stomach you know what i mean ? :D So if you're a diet fanatic like me, then this is the place for you.

Seriously, if I go for a low-fat diet I'd disappear in less that one week :S
I have had issues with Lo-Fat; they usually get my order wrong and take 1.5 hours to deliver.

awwww.... yeah i remember seeing it while i was drivin there it is a small "da3ooos" but its great how they openin all these health restraunt so people have more varity to eat when they wanna stay fit!:) bil 3afya;) i LOVE PASTAAAAAA
