My friends kids meal arrived without a beverage. And obviously, kids meal should come with a small soft drink. Not a major issue of course. She called them and asked for her Cola to be delivered.
Not a 10 minutes pass by and my phone rings:

- Me: OK!!!!

I opened my sandwhich and i see freaking tomatos and onions when i asked specifically that they should be removed :\ but what the hell, khla9 6af ....
Suddenly, my phone rings again:
- Me: aloo ...
- Operator: madam ........ ?
- Me: yes! [feels fed up with madam]
- Operator: 3awfan ana asif 3ala ez3agek ...
- Me: la mo mishkela, sheno we9al el pepsi?
- Operator: la2a del wa2ty inshalla 7a5aly el sawag yejeblek el pepsi
- Me: ok ....
- Operator: bs 7ab at2akid eta9alty 3ala el far3?
- Me: la walla lel7een, bs a5ali9 '3aday inshalla adig 3laihom.
- Operator: howa bo9y 7adretek lo eta9alty 3laihom del wa2ty bekoon a7san, 3ashan ma ye9ersh feeh moshkela m3a el sawag.
- Me: ee ok, inshalla ra7 adig 3laih.
- Operator: del wa2ty allah ye5aleky.
- Me: OKAAY!
- Operator: ana mot2asif gedan 3ala ez3agek ..
- Me: mo mishkela
I continued eating my sandwhich which was little bit different than the one they make in mishref but what the hell, it's BK anyways :P
Next, I went to the rest room and suddenly, my phone rings, again!!!
This time i was really fed up and got extremly irritated!! so i told my friend to pick it up. I don't know what went between them two but it was clearly about the call thingy. All i kept hearing was her saying: ok inshalla ra7 endig ..
I mean wth!!! we WILL call damn it just let us enjoy the feeling of pleasure after the meal!!
I headed back to my seat and she finally called them after their continuos nagging so i felt reliefed that this thing was over.
10 minutes later and my phone rings for the friggin fourth time!!!! Don't they have a better job to do other than nagging on customers? This time i became real furious and decided not to pick up. Another 10 minutes went by and they called again!!! Are they kidding wella sheno?????? I still didn't pick up! khal9 we did what they told us to do, what else? and you won't believe it, but he called again for the seventh time ..!
I do appreciate their over-the-top customer service but not like that!! they really messed up my mood!
But still, they're my favorite fast food restaurant of all times ... :P

I would have shouted at the guy calling. Then I would have called the branch complaining about the missing coke. Afterwards, I would have contacted the Head-Office .. and complained about the Branch and the annoying guy that called.
Heh, you and your BK addiction. I don't know how you like that restaurant. Personally I think McD's is the best ever, too bad they don't have home delivery. :/
And about that guy, you should have told him "Yes, I called" at once, then skip as if nothing happened. The hell with them trying to cover for each others' mistakes.
