UNBELIEVABLE!
I've ordered a leopard printed toe pump 3 days ago from VS which i really fell in love with, and you won't believe for what occasion! it was for freaking 3eed! Yes i'm terribly late i know, So i thought if i bought it now it would take until last week of Ramadan to arrive since all my online orders take approximately two weeks max to be shipped to Kuwait.
I've checked my order status online to see that the intended shipping date is due on November! I couldn't believe my eyes and i thought it was some sort of mistake! So i emailed them. So much for a customer service! They responded within couple of hours (No VS! i'm not happy with the result) and this is what they had to say:

Are they freaking kidding me!!! two fugging months for a shoe!!!
Yes they are moving to a new delivery center, but they stated in their website that there will be a delay from 10 to 14 days only not TWO fugging months!!!
And who would wear a toe pump in winter!!!!
I've had so much anticipations for this one, now they ruined my plans!! Or in other words, 6aye7ony 3ala 9akhar :\
I definitely won't buy anything from them ever again for this low service!
I'll give 'em two days only, if this thing wont work out i'm canceling the order and let them go to hell!

they usually notify you when they have backordered items while they're still in the shopping cart.
Cancel the order and the place another order with the correct date
leopards are rare now adays .. maybe they are looking for one to kill to make ur shoe :P
sorry it is not funny , i hate waiting too .. thats why i dont usually order online except for books since there aren't good book shops around ...
reply to this freaking mail tell them abotu 14-20 days u read in their site and ask either to deliver it ontime or refund ur money .
