I think i've been wrong

So here's the story:

I ordered a bag approximately a week ago from Charles & Keith; they have a store here located at the The Avenues so i thought they'll be trust worthy. And so, as my billing method, i used my zero-limit Mater Card to complete the purchase [for those who don't know what zero-limit is, it's a credit card with no debit. You have to debit whatever amount of money you like and then use it as a regular ATM card]. But strange enough, it gets declined. I've tried it like 5 times but it keeps getting rejected so i thought i should try my Visa. And so it got accepted. Next thing i know, i receive two separate e-mails with different order numbers notifying me that the purchases were successful! In other words, they accepted both of my credit cards transactions and therefore, i have now two orders using both cards!!!!

Two days later, i had this sick feeling that something would go wrong because i want the bag for 3eed time and the orders status in their website were still pending. Hence, i've decided to cancel both orders. I waited two days but i haven't received any reply. I've sent another email and another and another and a complaint form and i haven't received any damn thing!

Two days ago, i discovered that they had both the order's money in their possession but they hadn't deducted it yet, which means that i'm in no power to use it! At this moment in particular i've reached my extreme nerve break down and decided to go legal!
I've contacted our Human Resources to handle this idiotic situation, i hope they fix this damn thing or otherwise i'll make a scandal!

Update: After intensive nagging on them to cancel the orders, yet they process them and are ready to be delivered! Sheno '3a9b ya3ny!! I don't want the freaking bag :/
