I've spent nearly 35 hours of slothing in front of my PC trying to work on my template, not much of an accomplishment as you see, but, how do i add a freaking header!! I'm tired of messing with the variables of XML. And i noticed that when i installed it, the
date is replaced by
day entry in the mini calender next to my post titles, what the hek! I want dates not days!

Update #1: Some readers are telling me they're not able to view my background. THERE IS A YELLOW BACKGROUND, please tell me what's wrong, it's getting irritating
Update #2: If you happen to see anything out of order here, please do notify me.

in the XML there must be a "header" section. Check areas where there is background url.

So you're seeing my yellow background? there's nothing wrong? no white backgrounds??
It seems some of the bloggers have lousy PCs :\
Everything is normal here. [link]
Header as in "picture" header? If yes then try this...
1- Host your header online on imageshack/photobucket.
2- Got to your template HTML editor.
3- Search for "Header" CSS list [link].
4- Add the following CSS tag under the Header CSS...
#header {
background:#476 url("YOUR HEADER URL HERE") no-repeat left bottom;
margin:0 0 0;
padding:0 0 8px;
color: $descriptioncolor;
}
5- Go to the bottom of the HTML editor and add the following script right after the < /style> tag [link] ...
< script type='text/javascript'>
var banner= new Array()
banner[0]="YOUR HEADER URL HERE"
var random=Math.round(1*Math.random());
document.write("< style>");
document.write("#header {");
document.write(' background:url("' + banner[random] + '") no-repeat left TOP;');
document.write(" }");
document.write("< /style>");
< /script>
IMPORTANT INFO: Just in case you don't know... Close the TAGS! I cannot leave script and style tags in comments so when you copy them make sure you remove the space between "<" and the tag. ya3ni no spaces between "< >"
Good luck.
Oh and forgot to add that your "Layout" editing page might look a bit odd after you add all this but no harm will be done.

Mac,
How stupid i was!
I've already tried copying\pasting the first command before. I never thought it'll need a closing tag until now :P
How lame, i know.
