
It's been exactly 2 monthes since this semster started. I wake up at 8 am and return home at 8 pm non stop. Therefore, my absence from home exposes me to huge amounts of junk food. Not that i eat from fast food restaurants, but i mean non-home-cooked meals with lots of carps and fat.
Luckily, we have Caribou. They sell all varietes of salads which would save my blood from intoxications.
But, i'm freaking tired of salads! every single day it's a greek salad day. I'm acquiring the Greek accent already!
And even with my careful selection of food for lunch, i'm gainging weight instead of losing it!
Ok i admit it, sometimes i lose the will and have a sandwhich, but it's a diet sandwhich; brown bread or wheat!
How pathetic! Girls are eating sandwiches and junk food on a daily basis and never gain a single gram, while i deny myself from the pleasures of life and gain god only knows how much!
This gives me enough reason to start junking!!
But on a more serious note, i'm thinking either of seeing a dietitian or go on Jujupa pills! I don't care what the consequences are, i just wanna lose some freaking weight!
Does anybody know a good dietitian? I've heard of couple of diatitians named 6alib Alshimmari and Mo7ammad Rabee3. i've seen their program on my friends and the results were amazing.

I've tried dieting, its total crap. Doesn't work.
Then I switched to healthier options, its still the same, I'm sure you've heard of the 5 small meals a day thingy, but everyone doesn't have the bloody time to plan their meals and do those stuff(including having a fitness regime).
Why do some people never seem to gain weight?! I'M SO JEALOUS!
And I've never had Greek salad, it just doesn't appeal to me. I can't imagine having salads day in, day out either :P I'd just crack and indulge in all the good food!

Go to a nutritionist, they will run some tests and see what food has effects on you. You never know, maybe the food you think will make you fat will actually make you thinner!

i liked 6alib though he asks you what about the food u prefer and ur daliy schedule :)
Diets are a joke. I hate it when people count calories and cr@p. Go ahead and eat whatever you want just figure out a way to burn it! Exercise, play sports, or just go out and simply WALK!

first of all dont go for any pills .. seriously be careful girl .. oo my friend goes to 6alib elshmery she said he is good .. yet my other friend think he is a loser .. my point is .. everyone is different .. what might work with you , might not work with someone else .. so you need to figure out a new way your own self wala :D good luck ;)

i've been to both. I didn't like them. I do recommend Health Company or Diet Center, cuz u just eat out of their box without thinking :D
And don't take any pills either, all the weight you loose will creep back. However I recommend a supplement called Co-Enzyme q10, it's available in health stores like GNC. what it does is raise your metabolism, so you will burn more calories per day. the key is exercise..don't force urself..take up a hobby like swimming, tennis, squash, jogging, walking with a friend maybe..whatever..just move:)
