If you didn't understand what i'm talking about, the following picture illustrates it all. See the green color? this is how cars suppose to park along the sidewalk (black) appropriately! The red color however, are cars that made up a whole new rule for parking, it's called: F#cked up so-called university students parking!

Once I was under so much pressure running from ministry to ministry that I parked my car at the entrance of a car park, I had no idea and when I got back men just jumped in my face screaming and shouting, I just simply got in my car and left without a word haha.
Parking in Kuwait is a mess... people here tend to forget that there is others as well trying to make their way thru the streets.
I think they do deserve it, in @$$hology that is.

well theres 2 sides to this story...
1st they need to learn how to drive/park ( i dare say that 90ish % of q80's dont know how to drive XD)
2nd KU really sucks when it comes to parking XD i remember when i used to go to KU i had to be out of the house by 6am to be sure i'd get a spot and thank god most my subjects were in khaldiyah though whenever i had a class in another place or had other business it was a nightmare XD
and thats why i have a 4x4 now ;p

the best thing is having police men there giving tickets lol. in our uni the guide sticks tickets on our cars if we dont park nfs el awadem lol we have to park between the white lines! :p
