Well technically, it wasn't me. It is the butchers job to do it.
I don't wanna go into details, it was for religious matters to slaughter a sheep and allocate its meat to the poor.
This was my painful journey to the butcher:

Thank god i wasn't there when they slaughtered him, otherwise i'd develop a sheep complex =\. i had to go see it afterwards only to cry at the horrible spectacle of blood lake :(

Just for your information, it is recommended that you pick the sheep rather than the butcher...but I can understand why you didn't.
I promise that a sheep will not haunt you whenever you try to go to sleep by the number of sheeps. But you can always count cows. hahahahaha

This is exactly why I stopped eating meat until recently except that time my sheep was my pet who ended up on my plate for eid...miskeen :(

No, No seriousely though its a horrible way to go and very barbaric. i hate how animals get so mistreated here- even if they will be killed they shud be taken care of and cared for properly.
