This is my supposedly college allowance account which i used to receive for two years but for no longer since i started working. And nooo, i know what you're thinking! this is not my regular current account obviously since i work for the bluish one if you know what i mean :p so this account was opened specifically for college purposes and no other!! So basically, there is no way i'm left with 0.618 fils at the end of the month ever!! (something to do with 7as7as mentality that is :p)
Any how, that's not the case. I'm betting that i won't receive the 100KD that has been approved for all students starting this month on. I'm still confused though whether we; the part timers are included or not. So what do you say? do you think that by the end of this month, this poor guy aging 1 year of poverty will see the light of the 100 again?

why not register as a full time student..and when they add the amount, you drop your courses and go back to being a part-time. ;)

This is not possible :\
Here in kuwait we have a governmet facility called "al ta2meenat al ejtema3eya", it handles everything that involves salaries, retirment and everything that has to do with the employees financial rights. So, once one works in any sector (private one like my case) his name is registered there so when he reaches 21, he gets to receive 190KD as a social allowenece or what we call "da3m 3amala", beside all that, they take into concidiration his working peroid so when the time comes for him to retire, he retires much earlier since he started working at an early age.
To summon all this up, everything an employee does and every move he makes is registered in this facility ..
It's a two cent situation, win\lose kind of one ...

It's not free money, it's a grant to "all" <--- (yeah crap!) mostly all students to help them throughout their studying period.
