Not to be ...

F^^k KU for this bias decision!! May all its facilities catch fire for the next decade!
What are they think they're doing? granting allowance for all students as they claimed and then, we, the working class get deprived from it!! Working was never a privilege nor a front for wealth rather than a need to cover all personal expenses. And now, they're saying that we don't deserve it! Hell, what is it now the rich boys and girls deserve it!!!

What happened to those who work their freaking b^tts off day and night, to study AND to provide for themselves. Some of them are working to pay for their car payments and personal needs. And in case you didn't know, the government stops giving the father (or the guardian) the 50KD which is the child's allowance. Beside all that, the social security deducts 15% of what is worth of the students salary. Moreover, some private sectors give an unpaid leave for students who don't show up for midterms and finals. Some of these unpaid leaves are worth 10KD per day. And in my humble opinion, they pretty much deserve to have it as opposed to those who have stuffed accounts.

I'm not being jealous whatsoever, but the university agreeing to give the 100 allowance to also the rich is not helping at all! Some of them brag of Aston Martins, Lambos, Ferraris and Bentlys right in front of the classes and now they get to receive the grant? with no sweat and tears? Yes! they're that rich to show up at the university with such cars. Alot of their parents own profitable companies and needless to say, their children receive more than what we receive in 5 months of hard working. They don't deserve the 100 rather than students who work. Hell, they can sell their cars and provide grants for 600 students instead!

I'm not generating any hatred, despise or envy towards them. 3laihom bel 3afya. But those who are in charge should consider that before post-judging us.

Sadly, that's the result of arbitrary decisions made on behalf of the National Assembly and Kuwait university. They didn't solve the problem and never will! It's an oil country, with the rich getting richer and the poor is getting poorer!
I hope they come to their senses and realize, that this unjust decision will deprive working students from trusting this unworthy university. It lost its credibility among students and I'm on of them.
